Our Story
How Prestige Entertainment became one of the premiere wedding and event companies in Michigan
The team at Prestige Entertainment has humble beginnings. It has been, is now, and always will be our intention to help you have a better wedding than you could ever imagined. And that goal has helped us grow, but let's turn back the clock for a moment and dive into a little history about how it all started.
A Simple Idea
Prestige Entertainment is the brain child of founder and co-owner Mike Frazier. What started as a DJ company specializing in weddings has grown into one of the most renowned and popular wedding agencies in Michigan. From the very beginning, Mike set out to help couples have the wedding of their dreams. By listening to their interests, ideas, and imaginations and truly caring about how the actual wedding day felt, he was able to create amazing wedding day experiences and memories that will carry on forever.
After a few years, Mike met his now business partner, Noah DeVoe. They would team up to build the Prestige Team of DJ's, Coordinators, Videographers, Musicians, Photo Booth Attendants, and Lighting Technicians that now service hundreds of weddings every year. The goal and philosophy remain the same: truly care about our couple's vision and good things will happen.

As we continue to grow, we remind ourselves every day to keep our heads low, stay focused, and stay humble. We are the lucky ones that get to play a small role in so many peoples' lives. It is a gift that we do not take for granted and a honor we do not take lightly.

Noah was first introduced to DJing weddings and events in 2008. He was still in high school at the time, and immediately fell in love with helping couples have the wedding of their dreams. It was more than playing music and making announcements - it was seamlessly flowing through the night and creating an incredibly fun atmosphere.

In 2011, he sent an email to his now business partner, Mike Frazier, asking about potentially working together. They met a few weeks later, and quickly learned how aligned each others' goals and philosophies were. And those goals have led to what Prestige Entertainment is today. It was then, is now, and always has been about creating unique experiences and insanely fun weddings and events.
