The Lily package is perfect for couples who have already secured their vendors and plan to set up and breakdown personal decor items with family or friends. We step in to help formalize your timeline, share with your vendor team and orchestrate your wedding day seamlessly.

Babys Breath
In addition to Lily coverage, the Baby's Breath package offers the flexibility of choosing either personal decor setup or breakdown handled by your coordinator. Additionally, it includes rehearsal coordination to ensure everyone is ready for the big day!

Rose
In addition to Baby's Breath coverage, the Rose package includes complete decor setup and teardown. You can hand off personal decor items during the rehearsal, and benefit from an additional coordinator throughout the day for seamless support.
All packages require a 50% deposit. After that, your final payment is due 2 weeks prior to your big day!

Intro Discovery Meeting: We’ll review your wedding logistics, VIPs, decor, vendors, and set up a basic timeline.
Timeline Meeting (30 days out): We'll finalize your timeline and handle all communications with your venue and vendors.
Coordination + Logistics.
Crafting Your Timeline: We meticulously craft a detailed timeline for your wedding day, ensuring every moment is accounted for and flows seamlessly.
Sending Out Finalized Timeline to Vendors: Once finalized, we distribute the detailed timeline to your vendor team, ensuring everyone is informed and prepared.
Final Communications with Vendors: We handle all final communications with your vendors, confirming setup details, timing, and any special requirements to ensure everything aligns perfectly on your big day.
Main Point of Contact: Throughout your wedding day, we serve as the main point of contact for you, your family, VIPs, and all vendors, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
Rehearsal Day.
We handle your wedding ceremony rehearsal, covering everything from the processional (how to walk in), where to stand and sit, readings, songs, recessional (how to walk out), timing, and any other details. We'll answer all your questions about when and where to be on the big day and make any necessary announcements. We love meeting your wedding party and family too! *Automatically included with Baby's Breath or Rose packages.
With our Rose package, we can receive all your wedding decorations before your big day at this time and transport them to the venue for setup. This isn't a requirement, so if you prefer to bring the decorations to the venue yourself, that's totally fine with us too. We're here to make things as convenient as possible for you!

Our package hours vary to fit your needs. Whether you and your family want to handle setup and teardown or prefer us to take care of everything, we’re here to help. Our hours can range from 7 to 12+ depending on your wedding’s needs / package.
Hands-On Support

We assist with everything, ensuring vendors have a schedule and arrive on time, helping with wedding attire, distributing personal flowers, bustling the wedding gown, guiding vendors and VIPs, and keeping drinks in hand. We’re there for you and everyone involved.
Setup and Cleanup (Baby's Breath* and Rose Packages)

We handle the heavy lifting, transporting and setting up your wedding decorations onsite, including programs, guestbook, table numbers, escort cards, place cards, menus, signage, favors, linens, candles, centerpieces, etc. We also manage all cleanup, ensuring everything is returned to you and nothing is left behind—not even a guest's jacket or phone.

Katy from Prestige Weddings worked with us to create the wedding we had talked about for so long and made the whole day go incredibly smooth! Katy handled several vendors arriving at our reception location and kept communication between them and us so nothing was missed. There wasn't a single hiccup in the day from start to finish - or at least for my husband and I - if there were any Katy took care of them. (: Our vendor who dropped off the napkins didn't fold them in any special way, so Katy YouTubed how we wanted them done and HAND FOLDED EVERY single napkin for our guests (160+ napkins). The communication with Prestige Weddings & Events was equally smooth leading up to the wedding, they did a great job getting all the information for Katy. 11/10 highly recommend this company for your Wedding or Event!

We hired Prestige for both DJ services and Day of Coordination. This was by far one of the best decisions made during the planning process. Noah was an amazing DJ and the dance floor was not empty once during the reception! He understood the type of music I love with just one simple meeting. As for Kristie, our coordinator, I can’t say enough good things about her! She was so attentive before the wedding and even more so the day of! My photographer gave me so many compliments about her as well! She snuck food to us during photos, brought the groomsmen beers while waiting for the ceremony to start, and so much more! Amber is exceptional at what she does and my husband and I are both incredibly thankful for all of her hard work leading up to/on the day of the wedding! Initially, I was hesitant about hiring someone to fill this role as I’m a planner and didn’t know if I could let someone else take the reins. Not only did my venue recommend and speak highly of Prestige, but my friend’s biggest wedding regret was not hiring a day-of wedding coordinator and I didn’t want to make the same mistake. With each passing month, I felt more stressed and had no idea what I was doing. The best decision I could’ve made for myself was hiring Amber. We had multiple Zoom calls where we went over the timeline in extensive detail, both her and Noah were prompt in their email responses, and I received multiple reminders and helpful tips up until the wedding week. Amber created a finalized timeline that she shared with all of my vendors, ensured that our bridal party knew what to do at the rehearsal ceremony, and was the point of contact for all vendors on our wedding day. This gave me more time to spend with my bridal party and soak in every moment of the fast-paced day. She also set up and broke down all decor giving me more time to spend with loved ones as the day closed. We are over the moon with Amber and want to thank her again for all of her diligence in ensuring our wedding day was nothing short of perfect!

We used Prestige for multiple services for our wedding and they knocked it out of the park with ALL OF THEM! :) We had DJ Mike, Ashley for Coordinating, Austin for video, and a Prestige Photo booth. Everyone did an amazing job and worked together so well! DJ Mike kept our dance floor packed the entire time. After the wedding, two different friends reached out to me about booking him for their wedding. I also felt extremely relaxed on our wedding day knowing that Ashley was keeping the day on schedule and setting up moments for the day before they happened. Austin did an amazing job shooting it all and was so easy to work with. We would 12/10 recommend using Prestige for your wedding! It's also nice going through one vendor for multiple services. It make communication and planning leading up to the big day much easier!

I can't say enough good things about Prestige! They were the best vendor to work with. Noah and Amber worked with us to bring our wedding vision to life. We bundled a lot of services with them: coordination, DJ, videography and photo booth. Beyond the great experience, their biggest pro is email response time. Most vendors take weeks to get back to you, but Prestige responds super quickly.
Kristie was our main coordinator and did an amazing job! Everything went so smoothly that a wedding guest getting married soon asked about our coordinator. DJ Logan was awesome- he kept the dance floor full and made it a ton of fun. Nick was an fantastic videographer and we loved how well he was able to work with our photographer.
